Our Conference Room seats 20 at the board table, with an additional 8 tables and 20 chairs available. Use of the industrial coffee maker, oven/stove, and apartment fridge are included in the rental. Regular coffee and coffee service items are also available for a fee. There is a large mounted projection screen as well as a large TV/Monitor available in the meeting space. High speed WiFi is included in the rental. A security deposit of $50.00 is required upon booking.
