Our meeting/event space is not only perfect for meetings, but also small parties or gatherings of any kind! With almost 1400 sq. ft. of space and easy to collapse, store and set up tables and chairs, we can accommodate most events.
Use of the industrial coffee maker, oven/stove, and apartment fridge are included in the rental. There is an 85" mounted TV and the room has state of the art Zoom capabilities. There is also a large wall mounted white board available for use. High speed Wi-Fi is included in the rental.

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS/BORDEN’S TENANTS
4 hours or less: $25
Over 4 hours: $50
BUSINESSES/PRIVATE PARTIES
4 hours or less: $50
Over 4 hours: $100
*All times include setup and cleanup time.
